How to add a phone number to Gmail account for verification?

 

To add the phone number to Gmail Account following steps required

1-Open your Google Account or Gmail Account

2-click your Manage your  Account  

3-Click your manage info privacy and Security to make google work 

4-Click on the personal info Select contact info the Phone 

5-From here you can add your phone number: Next to the phone, select Add a recovery phone to help keep your account secure. Select the country associated with your phone number from the drop-down menu and enter your phone number.

6-Add your phone number: Next to your number, select Edit Edit and then Update number.

Now your account is safe.
